- Alignment of Internal and External Business Partners with new Centralized Structure and proposed changes in Business Processes
- Ability of the Organization to sustainably manage Multi-Region Operations through a Central Global Governance with available resources (human, infrastructure and financial)
- Designing solution with Reusability and Scalability in focus
- Alignment on Rollout Strategy post implementation between Business stakeholders and IT Team
- Designing a strong controlled Geo-Specific Security Control Strategy and ensuring the Testing Strategy focuses on this possibility vulnerability
- Existing System Capability upgrade for global requirements and involved challenges

Conclusion
Considerations involving Global Governance, both before and after implementations, are deemed significantly more important than other considerations. The importance of Global Governance can be attributed to the financial impact and inherent instability these considerations can have on the fate of the project. Infrastructure is another significant area of concern.
